This project involved the design and creation of a custom program. Nothing existed which could be considered an "off the shelf" solution. We analyzed the requirements and documented the data to ensure that the final product met all of the stringent technical requirements and the client's tight delivery schedule.

We also had to consider in our manufacturing of this die the non-cumulative center-to-center tolerance of ±.013mm (.0005 in.). Additionally, the product required a superior surface finish, 32rms. Using the automated features of our manufacturing equipment we were able to reduce the costs normally associated with producing a die of this caliber.
