E. Superior surface finish throughout bores 6 - 12 R.M.S.
F. Maintain sharp edges around entrance and exits

Determine and execute proper manufacturing path.
A. Secure raw material from reliable vendor
B. Fabricate custom fixturing
C. Fully machine exterior surfaces of block
D. Develop and manufacture optimum electrode forms
E. Create custom CNC EDM Control Program
F. E.D.M. Interior flow surfaces to a superior finish #32 EDM
G. Polish interior surfaces to 6 - 12 R.M.S.
